As we provide digital services and custom work, our refund policy differs from traditional product-based businesses. Once work has commenced and time/resources have been invested, those efforts cannot be "returned" like physical products.

2. Refund Eligibility by Service Type
2.1 One-Time Projects and Custom Development
Deposits and Upfront Payments:
- Deposits paid before work commences are non-refundable once the project has started
- If we have not yet begun work, deposits may be refunded minus any administrative costs (typically 10%)
- Initial consultation and discovery work is considered commencement of the project
Work in Progress:
- No refunds for work already completed
- Partial refunds may be considered for incomplete milestones at our sole discretion
- Refunds calculated based on: Total Fee - (Completed Work Value + Non-refundable Deposit)
- All completed work and deliverables remain our property until full payment
Completed Projects:
- No refunds once project is delivered and accepted
- Acceptance occurs when: deliverables are provided, client approval is given, or 14 days pass without rejection
- Minor revisions or bug fixes covered under warranty period (typically 30 days)
2.2 Subscription and Recurring Services
Monthly Subscriptions:
- Cancel anytime before next billing cycle
- No refunds for current month or partial month usage
- Access continues until end of paid period
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Annual/Multi-Month Subscriptions:
- No refunds for annual subscriptions after 14 days from initial purchase
- Within first 14 days: refund minus one month's service fee and setup costs
- No pro-rated refunds after 14-day period
- Discounted annual rates cannot be converted to monthly rates
Free Trials:
- Cancel during trial period to avoid charges
- If charged in error after cancellation, full refund provided
- One free trial per customer
2.3 Consultation and Hourly Services
Pre-Paid Hours:
- Non-refundable once consultation/work has been scheduled
- Unused hours may be applied to future services within 12 months

Post-Paid Services:
- Payment due for all hours worked

- No refunds once design mockups are approved
- No refunds after WordPress installation and setup

- No refunds on monthly maintenance retainers
- Cancel anytime; services continue until period end
- No pro-rated refunds for partial months
Website Migrations:
- No refunds once migration has started
- If migration fails due to hosting limitations beyond our control, fees are non-refundable
3.2 Sellerscraft (E-commerce Services)
Store Setup:
- No refunds once store is configured and launched
- No refunds for platform fees paid to third parties (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Marketplace rejection (Amazon, eBay, etc.) does not qualify for refund
Listing Optimization:
- No refunds once listings are published
- No refunds based on sales performance
- Changes to marketplace algorithms do not qualify for refund
Management Services:
- Monthly retainers are non-refundable
- Cancel with 30 days notice; no refund for notice period
3.3 VisaforNomads (Digital Nomad Services)
Visa Consultation:
- No refunds once consultation is delivered
- Visa denial by authorities does not qualify for refund
- Changes in immigration policies do not qualify for refund
- Document preparation fees are non-refundable once work begins
Remote Work Setup:
- No refunds once tools are configured and access provided
- No refunds for third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf
- Training sessions are non-refundable once scheduled

AI Development:
- No refunds once model training begins
- No refunds based on AI accuracy or performance metrics
- Data preparation and processing fees are non-refundable
